The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that: (a) it has had the opportunity to make its own inquiries and investigations into and about: (i) the State of the Land and/or the Groundwater; and (ii) the location of the Land and its ambience, including its proximity to a range of commercial, industrial, road and transport, entertainment and other uses; and (b) it is in any event deemed to have made and relied upon its own inquiries and investigations into and about: (i) the location of the Land and its ambience; and (ii) the State of the Land and/or the Groundwater.
