Common use of Purchaser Vote Clause in Contracts

Purchaser Vote. Purchaser shall vote (or consent with respect to) or cause to be voted (or a consent to be given with respect to) any Shares (including all Shares currently owned) and any shares of common stock of Merger Sub beneficially owned by it, the Parent or any of their respective subsidiaries or with respect to which it, the Parent or any of their respective subsidiaries has the power (by agreement, proxy or otherwise) to cause to be voted (or to provide a consent), in favor of the adoption and approval of this Agreement at any meeting of stockholders of the Company or Merger Sub, respectively, at which this Agreement shall be submitted for adoption and approval and at all adjournments or postponements thereof (or, if applicable, by any action of stockholders of either the Company or Merger Sub by consent in lieu of a meeting).
