Purchaser Transfers. The Purchaser may not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise convey the Contracts, Related Rights and Receivables transferred to the Purchaser hereunder to any competitor of the Seller that is listed on Schedule III hereto. The sale, transfer or assignment of any Contracts, Related Rights or Receivables by the Purchaser is not otherwise restricted.
