Purchaser Requirement. Purchaser agrees to purchase one hundred percent (100%) of the Solar Power generated by the System and made available by the Power Producer to Purchaser at the Delivery Point during each relevant month of the Term. In the event that the Purchaser is unable to off take 100% of the electricity generated, when it is generated, then Deemed Generation will apply only in case following conditions: a) Grid Failure from DISCOM. b) Power Outage - No reference voltage available for synchronization. c) In the event Power Producer is generating power more than the available load, and the Purchaser is not able to export or record the excess units generated. d) Faults in the equipments of the Purchaser eg., Net meter Cables, Equipments etc., which may stop the feeding / record of the Solar Power generated.
