Purchaser Recommendations Sample Clauses

Purchaser Recommendations. The Contractor shall in good faith consider any recommendations of the Purchaser (through its authorized representative) as to any aspect of the Work to be performed hereunder, but for the avoidance of doubt, the Contractor will remain solely responsible for the performance of the Work in accordance with the requirements of this Contract, including the Statement of Work and the System Performance Specification, except where the Purchaser has executed a formal waiver in accordance with Article 9.1.4 that specifies the deviation from the System Performance Specification and the consequences and/or impact of such deviation, or a Change Order in accordance with Article 15.
