References in this Agreement to "Purchaser's knowledge or "the best knowledge of Purchaser" mean the actual knowledge of the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Purchaser, without independent investigation. No constructive or imputed knowledge shall be attributed to any such individual by virtue of any position held, relationship to any other Person or for any other reason.
