Common use of Purchase Clause in Contracts

Purchase. (a) By execution of this Agreement and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, on a Purchase Date with respect to a Receivables Purchase Agreement Supplement, Seller shall sell, transfer, assign, and otherwise convey to HARC (each, a “Conveyance”) without recourse (but without limitation of its obligations in this Agreement), and HARC shall purchase, all right, title and interest of Seller in and to:

Purchase.
