Common use of Purchase with Cash Clause in Contracts

Purchase with Cash. On each Purchase Date, at the option of the ------------------- Company, the Principal Amount of the Securities in respect of which a Purchase Notice pursuant to Section 14.02(a) has been given, or a specified percentage thereof, may be purchased by the Company with cash equal to the aggregate Purchase Price of such Securities.

Purchase with Cash. On each the Purchase Date, at the option of the ------------------- Company, the Original Principal Amount of the Securities Debentures in respect of which a Purchase Notice pursuant to Section 14.02(a208(a) has been given, or a specified percentage thereof, may be purchased by the Company with cash equal to the aggregate Purchase Price of such Securities.
