Common use of Purchase with Cash Clause in Contracts

Purchase with Cash. On each Repurchase Date, at the option of the Company, the Repurchase Price of 2020 Debentures in respect of which a Repurchase Notice pursuant to Section 1501 has been given, or a specified percentage thereof, may be paid by the Company with cash equal to the aggregate Repurchase Price of such 2020 Debentures. If the Company elects to purchase 2020 Debentures with cash, the Company Notice, as provided in Section 1505, shall be sent to Holders (and to beneficial owners as required by applicable law) not less than 20 Business Days prior to such Repurchase Date (the "Company Notice Date").

If the Company elects to purchase 2020 Debentures with cash, the Company Notice, as provided in Section 150512.05, shall be sent to Holders (and to beneficial owners as required by applicable law) not less than 20 Business Days prior to such Repurchase Purchase Date (the "Company Notice Date").

If the Company elects to purchase 2020 2015 Debentures with cash, the Company Notice, as provided in Section 1505, shall be sent to Holders (and to beneficial owners as required by applicable law) not less than 20 Business Days prior to such Repurchase Date (the "Company Notice Date").

If the Company elects to purchase 2020 2021 Debentures with cash, the Company Notice, as provided in Section 15051505 hereof, shall be sent to Holders (and to beneficial owners as required by applicable law) not less than 20 Business Days prior to such Repurchase Date (the "Company Notice Date").
