Purchase Request. In accordance with Murabahah arrangement, the Customer shall request CGC to purchase the Commodity Asset from any Commodity Trader by issuing a Purchase Request at CGC’s Purchase Price which shall be in the amount equivalent to the Financing Facility granted to the Customer.
