Purchase Price to come from. the conditional sale of the Purchaser’s property already sold The Purchaser warrants that he has sold his existing property as provided for in clause 1.8 of the Contract of Sale, subject however to certain suspensive conditions which shall be required to be fulfilled within 45 (forty five) days after the Date of Signature. If the sale of the Purchaser’s existing property is dependent on prior transfers, then the suspensive conditions relating to the sale of the Purchaser’s existing property shall only be deemed to have been fulfilled when such prior transfers have been registered.
