Purchase Price Payments. Lessee acknowledges that it has signed and received a copy of the Supplier Agreement. If Lessee is required to make payments to Supplier under the Supplier Agreement prior to the Commencement Date ("Purchase Price Payments"), Lessee requests Lessor to pay such payments subject to the following terms and conditions.
