Common use of Purchase Price and Terms Letters Clause in Contracts

Purchase Price and Terms Letters. Those certain letter agreements executed on or after the date hereof setting forth the general terms and conditions of each transaction contemplated herein and identifying the loan characteristics of the Mortgage Loans to be purchased from time to time hereunder, by and between the Seller and the Purchaser. All of the individual Purchase Price and Terms Letters shall collectively be referred to as the “Purchase Price and Terms Letter”. Purchaser: DLJ Mortgage Capital, Inc. or its successor in interest or any successor to or assignee of the Purchaser under this Agreement as herein provided.
