Common use of Purchase of the Units by the Underwriters Clause in Contracts

Purchase of the Units by the Underwriters. (a) The Company agrees to issue and sell the Units to the several Underwriters as provided in this Agreement, and each Underwriter, on the basis of the representations, warranties and agreements set forth herein and subject to the conditions set forth herein, agrees, severally and not jointly, to purchase at a price for each Unit (the “Purchase Price”) of $0.47 from the Company the respective number of Units set forth opposite such Underwriter’s name in Schedule 1 hereto.

Purchase of the Units by the Underwriters. (a) The Company agrees to issue and sell the Units to the several Underwriters as provided in this Agreement, and each Underwriter, on the basis of the representations, warranties and agreements set forth herein and subject to the conditions set forth herein, agrees, severally and not jointly, to purchase at a price of $0.61425 for each Unit (the “Purchase Price”) of $0.47 from the Company the respective number of Units set forth opposite such Underwriter’s name in Schedule 1 hereto.

Purchase of the Units by the Underwriters. (a) The Company agrees to issue and sell the Units to the several Underwriters as provided in this Agreement, and each Underwriter, on the basis of the representations, warranties and agreements set forth herein and subject to the conditions set forth herein, agrees, severally and not jointly, to purchase at a price for each Unit (the “Purchase Price”) of $0.47 0.6345 for the Series A Units and $0.6251 for the Series B Units from the Company the respective number of Units set forth opposite such Underwriter’s name in Schedule 1 hereto.

(a) The Company agrees to issue and sell the Units to the several Underwriters as provided in this Agreement, and each Underwriter, on the basis of the representations, warranties and agreements set forth herein and subject to the conditions set forth herein, agrees, severally and not jointly, to purchase at a price for each Unit (the “Purchase Price”) of $0.47 0.8178 from the Company the respective number of Units set forth opposite such Underwriter’s name in Schedule 1 hereto.
