Common use of Purchase of Stock Clause in Contracts

Purchase of Stock. On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, on the Closing Date, the Seller agrees to sell, transfer, assign, convey and deliver to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, acquire and accept from the Seller, all of the right, title and interest as of the Closing Date of the Seller in and to the Shares.

Purchase of Stock. On the Closing Date, Seller shall sell, convey, transfer and assign, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, on the Closing Date, the Seller agrees to sell, transfer, assign, convey and deliver to the Buyer, free and clear of all liens, security interests, charges, restrictions, encumbrances and claims of every kind, and Buyer shall purchase from Seller, all but not less than all of the Purchased Shares. In consideration of the sale of the Purchased Shares to Buyer, Buyer agrees to purchase, acquire and accept from pay to Seller the Seller, all of the right, title and interest as of the Closing Date of the Seller in and to the SharesPurchase Price.

Purchase of Stock. On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, on the Closing Date, the Seller agrees Sellers agree to sell, transfer, assign, convey and deliver to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, acquire and accept from the SellerSellers, all of the right, title and interest as of the Closing Date of the Seller Sellers in and to the SharesCapital Stock.

Purchase of Stock. On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, on at the Closing DateClosing, the Seller agrees to shall sell, transferconvey, assign, convey transfer and deliver to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, acquire and accept shall purchase from the Seller, all of the right, title and interest as of the Closing Date of the Seller in and to the SharesStock (collectively, the “Stock Purchase”).

Purchase of Stock. On Subject to the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Purchasers agree to purchase from the Seller on the Closing Date and the Seller agrees to sell, assign, transfer and deliver to the Purchasers on the Closing Date, the shares of Stock so owned by the Seller agrees to sell, transfer, assign, convey and deliver to the Buyer, and the Buyer as follows: (i) Holdings agrees to purchase, acquire and accept from the Seller, all of the right, title and interest as of the Closing Date of the Seller in and to the Shares.

Purchase of Stock.
