Common use of Purchase of Notes Clause in Contracts

Purchase of Notes. The Purchasing Agent agrees to purchase the Notes having the terms and in the amounts specified in the Pricing Supplement. Also, in connection with the purchase of the Notes from the Trust by the Agents, the items specified in Schedule 1 to the Omnibus Instrument will be delivered on the Original Issue Date.
