PURCHASE NOT DEPENDENT ON FINANCING CONTINGENCY. The Vendee may obtain finance from any financial institution/bank or any other source but the Vendee's obligation to purchase the said Unit pursuant to this Agreement shall not be contingent on his/ her/their ability or competency to obtain such financing and the Vendee will remain bound under this Agreement whether or not he/ she/ they has/have been able to obtain financing for the purchase of the said Unit.
