PURCHASE NOT DEPENDENT ON FINANCING CONTINGENCY. The Buyer may obtain finance from any financial institution or bank or any other source but the Buyers’ obligation to purchase the Apartment pursuant to this Agreement shall not be contingent on the Buyer’s ability or competency to obtain such financing and the Buyer will remain bound under this Agreement whether or not he/she has been able to obtain financing for the purchase of the Apartment.
