PURCHASE FORMS. Purchase orders, purchase order releases, confirmations, acceptances and similar documents submitted by a Party in conducting the activities contemplated under this Agreement are for administrative purposes only and shall not add to or modify the terms of the Agreement. To the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between this Agreement and any such document, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.
