Purchase Execution. In executing the Issuer’s mandatory purchase obligations under Subsection 2.5(1), the Issuer’s optional purchase rights under Subsection 2.5(2) or the Guarantor’s optional purchase rights under Subsection 2.5(3), the Issuer or the Guarantor, as applicable, may either purchase a Mortgage Loan or REO Property itself or arrange, by contract or otherwise, for another Person to purchase that Mortgage Loan or REO Property directly from a Trust, in each case in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions set forth in Subsection 2.5(1), Subsection 2.5(2) or Subsection 2.5(3).
