Common use of Purchase Assignment Clause in Contracts

Purchase Assignment. On or prior to the Closing Date, MRFC shall complete, execute and deliver to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Purchasers, an assignment substantially in the form of Exhibit 2.04(a) (the “Purchase Assignment”) in order to evidence the Purchases.
