Common use of Purchase As-Is Clause in Contracts

Purchase As-Is. (a) Except as provided in Section 10.2, Buyer is relying, and will rely, solely upon its own inspections, investigations and analyses of the Property and Hotel in entering into this Agreement and is not relying in any way upon any representations, statements, agreements, warranties, studies, reports, descriptions, guidelines or other information or material furnished by Seller or its representatives, whether oral or written, express or implied, of any nature whatsoever regarding any such matters, including without limitation, any marketing materials, and is purchasing the Property in an "as-is" condition.
