Common use of Purchase Application Clause in Contracts

Purchase Application. The form that an Ownership Applicant submits to the Administrator to request approval as a Qualified Purchaser, and which requires certain documentation and information necessary to determine if the Ownership Applicant satisfies the requirements for approval as a Qualified Purchaser. The Ownership Applicant must verify that all information provided in the Purchase Application is true and accurate. If any of the information is determined inaccurate or non-verifiable, the Ownership Applicant may be subject to disqualification.
