Common use of Purchase and Sale of Interests Clause in Contracts

Purchase and Sale of Interests. On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, Seller agrees to sell and deliver to Purchaser, and Purchaser agrees to purchase and acquire from Seller, the Interests, free and clear of any Encumbrances of any kind.
