Purchase Agreement Ratified. In all other respects, except as otherwise provided by this First Amendment, the undersigned hereby ratify and confirm the Purchase Agreement which remains in full force and effect.
Purchase Agreement Ratified. In all other respects, except as otherwise provided by this Tenth Amendment, the undersigned hereby ratify and confirm the Purchase Agreement which remains in full force and effect.

Purchase Agreement Ratified. Except as amended or modified hereby, or inconsistent with the provisions hereof, the Agreement is hereby ratified and confirmed by Sellers and Purchaser. If any provision in the Original Purchase Agreement conflicts or is inconsistent with a provision in this Amendment, the provision in this Amendment shall prevail.
Purchase Agreement Ratified. Except as modified hereby, Sellers and Purchaser hereby ratify and confirm the Purchase Agreement. In the event of a conflict between this letter and the Purchase Agreement, the terms of this letter shall prevail.

Greer Buyer and Land Buyer shall be jointly and severally liable for the performance of Buyer’s obligations under the Purchase Agreement.
