PURCHASABLE. The Exercise Price and the number of Shares purchasable upon the exercise of the Option are subject to adjustment by action both of the Board of Directors of the Company from time to time as provided in this Section 7.
PURCHASABLE. The number and kind of Warrant Shares shall be subject to adjustment from time to time upon the happening of certain events as provided in this Article III.
