Common use of Pulse data Clause in Contracts

Pulse data. The User shall have the right to collect and record pulses from the meters comprised in the Energy Metering System(s) at the Connection Site. NGC shall give the User access in accordance with the Interface Agreement to collect and record such pulses and to install and maintain such lines and equipment as maybe reasonably necessary therefor.
