Pull List Coverage Pool Claims Procedure. All claims shall be made on the form agreed to by CIR and the Trust. Claims are to be submitted within thirty (30) days of the end of the rotation for which the claim is made. The Trust shall provide the union a copy of the processed form within thirty (30) days receipt of a properly completed claim form. The Trust shall make payment of approved claims within thirty (30) days of receipt of a properly completed claim form.
