Common use of Publishing Packages Clause in Contracts

Publishing Packages. The potential Refund for a Publishing Package is exclusive to the amount paid for such Publishing Package as set forth in the Service Order(s), and will be calculated as follows: i) Prior to submission of the Manuscript: 100%, less a non-refundable $150 (USD) Setup Fee ii) After (i) above but prior to the start of interior design work: 50% iii) After (ii) but prior to Final Approval 25% iv) After Final Approval No Refund
