Publisher (Licensor) Indemnification. The Publisher (Licensor) shall indemnify and hold PatentBook Administrator, PBI, its employees and Affiliates, collectively PatentBook Administrator Indemnified Persons, and each a PatentBook Administrator Indemnified Person, harmless against any and all claims, demands, liabilities and costs incurred by PatentBook Administrator its employees and Affiliates which directly or indirectly result from, or arise in connection with, any negligent act or omission of Publisher (Licensor), its employees or Affiliates pertaining to its activities and obligations under this agreement.
