Published information. 1. Published information represents one of the basic elements designed to strengthen governance during application of this Agreement. In order to achieve this objective, which is intended to guarantee the transparent functioning of the FLEGT licensing scheme in Cameroon and in the Union, the Parties hereby agree to use the most appropriate communication mechanisms, namely: written and audiovisual media, Internet, workshops and various publications. Details of the published information are set out in Annex VII.
2. The Parties also agree that the powers, procedures and functioning of the Council and the JMC are to be published.
Published information. All information posted by Merchant on the ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ Website is true, accurate and in compliance with any and all relevant laws and regulations of relevant countries and the Relevant Rules; and

During the term of this Agreement or after it ends, except for the Reserve Price defined hereinabove, Seller hereby specifically authorizes Auctioneer to make all information contained in this Agreement, available to the public for inspection in either hard copy or electronic form.

Such transparency will strengthen the image of Cameroon forestry products on the Union market and will improve the investment climate for those companies exporting timber to the Union.
Published information. The Seller grants the right to advertise the Property within the marketing and advertising platform of ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (“Platform”), to the Agent, hereby allowing the Agent to make public the images and information about the Property as the Agent sees fit.

Published information. All promotional materials devised and used by Xxxx concerning the programme must be designed in keeping with the University’s Corporate Identity Guidelines. All information, publicity and promotional activity relating to the programme must be approved by the University’s Department of Marketing before dissemination. Xxxx will ensure its website and publications accurately display any statutory requirements and reflect current programme information in line with University guidelines. The University will undertake annual audits of Xxxx’s website and handbook(s) to ensure the information disseminated is accurate.
