Common use of Publication of Notices Clause in Contracts

Publication of Notices. The Principal Paying Agent, or as the case may be, the Registrar shall, upon and in accordance with the instructions of the Relevant Issuer, the Guarantor (in respect of an issuance by Compass Finance B.V.) and/or the Trustee but not otherwise, arrange for the publication in accordance with the Conditions of any notice which is to be given to the Holders of any Notes and shall supply a copy thereof to each other Agent.

Publication of Notices. The Principal Paying Agent, or as the case may be, the Non-US Registrar or the US Registrar, as applicable, shall, upon and in accordance with the instructions of the Relevant Issuer, the Guarantor (in respect of an issuance by Compass Finance B.V.LSEG Netherlands or LSEGA) and/or the Trustee but not otherwise, arrange for the publication in accordance with the Conditions of any notice which is to be given to the Holders of any Notes and shall supply a copy thereof to each other Agent.

Publication of Notices. The Principal Paying AgentAgent shall, on the Issuer’s or as the case may be, Guarantor’s behalf and at the Registrar shallIssuer’s or the Guarantor’s request and expense, upon and in accordance with the instructions of the Relevant Issuer, Issuer or the Guarantor (in respect of an issuance by Compass Finance B.V.) and/or the Trustee but not otherwise, arrange for the publication in accordance with the Conditions of any notice which is to be given to the Holders of any Notes and shall supply a copy thereof to each other AgentBondholders.

Publication of Notices.
