Common use of Public Telephone Clause in Contracts

Public Telephone. (1) The public telephone in the lobby does not comply with the Standards. Provide a public telephone that has hearing aid compatibility, volume control, and signage, and that has its highest operable part not more than 54 inches above the finish floor for a side reach or 48 inches above the finish floor for a forward reach.
