Public Statement. The Parties agree that the Executive’s resignation of his employment was announced by the Company on September 22, 2003, and that no subsequent comments shall be made to the media or through other public statements by any Party hereto regarding the Executive’s resignation of his employment that are inconsistent with such statement, except as may be required by applicable law or regulation.
