Public Representations. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that he will refrain from representing any present affiliation with the Company or any of the other Released Parties and will represent only that he is a former employee of the Company. ▇▇▇▇▇ will not state on any social media platform including, without limitation, Twitter, Linkedln, Instagram, or Facebook) that he remains employed by the Company or any of the other Released Parties. To the extent ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ Linkedin profile or any other social media account held or maintained by ▇▇▇▇▇ represents that he is a current employee of the Company, he will immediately correct such representations to reflect his dates of employment.
Public Representations. Any advertisement, publication or other form of public representation made by or on behalf of any Member must be factual and clearly demonstrate the criteria upon which such representations are based including, without limitation, the period of time over which such representations are based.
Public Representations. During the term of this Agreement, and thereafter, CELT shall not represent itself to be owned or controlled by Customer, to be employed by Customer or as authorized to represent Customer, or to obligate Customer with respect to any matters not expressly provided in this Agreement. CELT may represent to the general public or to any person that it is an independent contractor providing services to Customer, and shall do so if reasonably necessary to clarify any misunderstanding by the general public of the relationship of the parties to this Agreement.
Public Representations. It is agreed that any OCHA press releases and any other public announcements concerning the role or activities of the Federation and/or the National Societies in Emergency Shelter, will reflect the terms agreed in this MOU and the Exchange of Letters. Specifically, the Federation shall be referred to as the “convener” of the Emergency Shelter Network. No Party shall use the name, emblem or trademarks of any other party, its subsidiaries, and/or affiliates, or any abbreviation thereof, in connection with its business or otherwise without the express prior written approval of the other Party in each case.
Public Representations. Either Party may represent to the public that it is an authorized seller of the Placements and may accurately represent it can sell the Placements after taking into consideration any adjustments to Placements for any reason (i.e., if Property has been divested pursuant to Paragraph 6 of the Terms and Conditions, a Party’s representations must change accordingly). In addition, any general positioning in regard to the Placements will be mutually agreed upon. Any general positioning any use of previously approved or substantially similar general positioning included in new or revised sales materials approved within the previous 6 months will not require the other Party’s approval.
Public Representations. No party to this Agreement shall make or suffer to be made any statement, comment or analysis concerning the subject matter of this Agreement without the express prior written consent of Conrad, Circus and Caesars.
