PUBLIC RELATIONS PROGRAM. The Parties agree to implement a joint ----------------------------- public relations program including a series of joint press releases, media interviews, and on-going handling of media inquiries, as determined and mutually agreed to by the Parties before publication. This program is to include the joint announcement of the Parties Agreement through traditional press releases, postings on each Party's web site(s), and the establishment of appropriate hyperlinks between both Parties' web sites.
