Common use of Public Disclosure Documents Clause in Contracts

Public Disclosure Documents. Purchaser is current in the filing of all public disclosure documents required to be filed by Purchaser under applicable Canadian Securities Laws and NEO Listing Manual (including all Contracts required by Canadian Securities Laws to be filed by Purchaser), there are no filings that have been made thereunder on a confidential basis and all of such filings comply with the requirements of all applicable Canadian Securities Laws except where such non-compliance has not and would not reasonably be expected to have a Purchaser Material Adverse Effect.
