Public Descriptions of Guarantor and Scheme. 11.1 The description of the Guarantor and the Scheme in any offering document (including, without limitation, any prospectus, offering circular, listing particulars and information memorandum) or other document or announcement relating to a Guaranteed Liability or Guaranteed Programme issued by or on behalf of any Participating Institution shall be in the form required by the Guarantor or the Scheme Operator.
