Common use of Public Address System Clause in Contracts

Public Address System. Notwithstanding anything herein contained the Landlord may but shall not be compelled to provide and install a public address system throughout the Common Area or any part hereof and may at its absolute discretion play relay or broadcast or permit any other person to play relay or broadcast recorded music or public announcements thereon.
