PTI Clause Samples
The PTI (Post-Termination Interest) clause defines the obligation to pay interest on amounts that remain unpaid after the termination of an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the interest rate, the period for which interest accrues, and the types of outstanding payments it covers, such as unpaid fees or damages. By establishing clear terms for post-termination interest, the clause incentivizes timely payment and compensates the owed party for delays, thereby reducing disputes and financial risk associated with late payments.

Finally, PTI has reviewed different options to provice 100G services, using both WDM and coherent options.
PTI. PTI has led and contributed to D3.1 by providing general information about PTI platforms in order to understand the communication schemes with the hardware that will be used in SODALES.
