Common use of PST Clause in Contracts

PST. This Section 1.4 of Exhibit D applies to supplies of Licensed Applications made by You, through Apple Canada, as agent, to end-users in the provinces of British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Island and any other province that has or that adopts a PST. You acknowledge and agree that Apple Canada will charge, collect and remit applicable PST on sales of Licensed Applications made to end-users in these provinces by Apple Canada on Your behalf.
