PSE Dues. 24 The District shall deduct PSE dues or service charges from the pay of any employee who authorizes such 25 deductions in writing. The District shall transmit all such funds to the Treasurer of the exclusive 26 bargaining representative on a monthly basis. The Association shall hold the District harmless from any 27 action or liability for compliance with the provisions of this Article. The District is also authorized to 28 deduct local dues of three dollars ($3.00) per month per dues paying member and remit these funds to the 29 Secretary of the Fife Chapter of P.S.E.
