PS&E Design Modifications. Per direction from Fort Bend County and TxDOT, the SBFR plans were included with TxDOT’s SH 99 main lane widening project under design by TxDOT’s design consultant RPS. Changes include the following: • Revise drainage design and in accordance with TxDOT’s Drainage Study completed by their consultants RPS and CivilTech, including Drainage Area Maps, Hydraulic Computations, Drainage Plan & Profile Sheets, Drainage Details, and Storm Sewer Laterals. • Revise the detention pond location in accordance with TxDOT’s Drainage Study, including revisions to driveway locations, driveway table, SBFR Plan & Profile Sheets, Signing Sheets, Pavement Marking Sheets, and traffic control layouts. • Meetings with RPS and TxDOT to incorporate plans into TxDOT’s project.
