As soon as available, one (1) copy of each financial statement, report, notice or proxy statement sent by Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to its stockholders generally and one (1) copy of each regular, periodic or special report, registration statement, or prospectus filed by Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries with any securities exchange or the SEC;

As soon as available, one (1) copy of each financial statement, report, notice or proxy statement sent by the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries Subsidiary to its stockholders generally and one (1) copy of each regular, periodic or special report, registration statement, or prospectus filed by the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries Subsidiary with any securities exchange or the SEC;Securities and Exchange Commission or any successor agency; and
