Proxy Materials. The Custodian shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Fund proxy forms, notices of meeting, and any other notices or announcements affecting or relating to Investments received by the Custodian or any nominee. Unless authorized to do so by Instructions or proxy, neither the Custodian nor any Subcustodian shall vote any securities held for the Fund pursuant to this Agreement.
