Proviso for reassignment. The assignment by SAVVIS UK and Guarantor in Clause 3.1.2 is subject to the proviso that, following the end of the Security Period, NatWest shall reassign to SAVVIS UK or Guarantor (as applicable) or other person entitled thereto (without recourse or warranty and at Guarantor’s expense), the subject-matter of that assignment or, as the case may be, the balance thereof.
