Common use of Provisions relating to waiver Clause in Contracts

Provisions relating to waiver. No delay in exercising or omission to exercise any right, power or remedy accruing to the Lender upon any default under this Agreement, security documents or any other agreement or document shall impair any such right, power or remedy or shall be construed to be a waiver thereof or any acquiescence in such default, nor shall the action or inaction of the Lender in respect of any default or any acquiescence by the Lender in any default, affect or impair any of its right, power or remedy in respect of any other default.
