PROVISIONS PRESCRIBED BY THE SEHK and HKFE RULES. Without prejudice and in addition to any other provisions of the Agreement, all transactions entered into on SEHK and HKFE (the HKEx) shall be subject to the provisions of the Clauses which are prescribed by the HKEx Rules, and which shall constitute, and be construed as, part of the Agreement:
