Provisions Deemed Inserted. Every provision of law required to be inserted in this MOU shall be deemed to be inserted, and this MOU shall be construed and enforced as though included. If it is discovered that through mistake or otherwise that any required provision is not inserted, or not correctly inserted, this MOU shall be amended to make the insertion or correction.
