Common use of Provisions Binding Clause in Contracts

Provisions Binding. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Lease, all the terms, covenants, conditions and provisions of this Lease shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns. Each provision of this Lease to be performed by Tenant shall be construed to be both a covenant and a condition, and if there shall be more than one Tenant, they shall all be bound, jointly and severally, by the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease.
